The black tea water is made from black tea leaves produced locally in Kitazaki and extracted using natural water 200 meters underground, and is paired with plum wine made from locally produced Nanko plums. The rich aroma and bitterness of black tea are perfectly balanced with the fragrance and sweetness of plum wine. It is recommended to be consumed after refrigeration, either directly or with ice, or warm (around 40°C).
