Toko Ginjo plum wine, the secret of deliciousness
Toko Ginjo Umeshu’s fruity aromas are reminiscent of peach, laffra, and green plum. The secret lies in the meticulous handcrafting process based on methods passed down from our ancestors.
1. Fruity "Ginjo Aroma"
The fruity "Ginjo Aroma" is made by distilling the sake lees of pure rice sake and using shochu as the base to concentrate the gorgeous aroma. By extracting the aroma of Junmai sake to the fullest, you can enjoy the concentrated taste and aroma of Ginjo sake.
2. The winemaker's meticulous "plum work"
The winemakers carefully pick the plums one by one by hand, being extremely careful not to damage them.
3. "Secret recipe" handed down from generation to generation
Ginjo plum wine is brewed according to a secret recipe passed down from ancestors. If the plums are pulled up at the right time and do not need to be over-soaked, they can produce a wine with rich fruity aroma, refreshing and clear taste, and without the bitter taste of plums.
