The brew is made from three kinds of plums - the fragrant and juicy Kishu Nanko plum, the fragrant Joshu Shiraga plum, and the Fujigoro plum from the hometown of Konosuba Amakasu - and carefully blended with Hokkaido beet sugar and homemade shochu. The bottle is luxurious, the sweetness is just right, and the three types of plums are in perfect harmony. Limited edition product, shipped twice a year.
In early summer, all employees of the brewery work together to prepare plum wine. We purchase freshly harvested plums, remove the plum stems one by one by hand, and carefully wash the plums to remove the plum hairs. This is an important step to avoid any odors.

Kameda-go is located almost in the center of Niigata City.

The plums of Kameda-go have also been famous since the Edo period.
The fields of Fujigoro plums, which bear large berries in early summer, are dotted with beautiful flowers amidst the lingering white snow of early spring.
These plum blossoms can withstand the cold and exude a solemn beauty, which is the origin of the name of off-road plum blossom viewing.
Kameda-go has abundant good water from the Echigo Mountains and a cold winter climate that is essential for brewing high-quality sake, making Kameda-go an ideal place for brewing sake.
