Ume jelly cocktail sweets “Fuji-sora-iro” and “Shingoku-bana” on sale (until June 5th, 2025)

Choya Umeshu Co., Ltd. is selling two new umeshu cocktail drinks at The CHOYA Ginza BAR, a specialty umeshu cocktail bar two types of ume jelly cocktail sweets, “Fujisorané” and “Shinryokka”, which were created to express “wisteria flowers blooming in succession under the blue sky of spring” and “the fresh green of spring, where the budding of the lush greenery makes you feel as if young green flowers are in full bloom”, will be on sale as desserts in the limited-time Ume-themed Afternoon Tea & High Tea Plan from Monday, March 24th, 2025 to Thursday, June 5th, 2025 June 5th (Thursday) as a dessert in the limited-time Ume-themed Afternoon Tea & High Tea Plan.
The Ume Jelly Cocktail Sweets “Fujisoran” is made by layering a layer of ume jelly, which expresses the colorful wisteria-colored ume, with layers of fully-ripe ume and orange sorbet, and then adding in non-alcoholic umeshu, butterfly pea, and other ingredients, and garnishing with edible flowers. The bartender then finishes it off by pouring sparkling umeshu liqueur.
As you gaze at the colorful jellies sparkling in the glass, you can enjoy the cool, refreshing texture and rich ume flavor.
The Ume Jelly Cocktail Sweets “Shingokka” is made with a base of ume and yogurt panna cotta, and layered with a bright green jelly made from fully ripened ume sorbet, non-alcoholic umeshu and matcha. You can enjoy the combined textures of the jelly's plumpness, the crunchiness of the sorbet and the creamy mouthfeel of the panna cotta.
For the Japanese plum jelly cocktail sweets “Fujizakura-iro” and “Shingokka”, you can choose from two types: an alcoholic version and a non-alcoholic version. The “Japanese Plum Afternoon Tea & High Tea” course includes over 100 drinks, including plum wine cocktails and non-alcoholic plum wine cocktails, and is available for 2 hours and 30 minutes with all-you-can-drink.
